Are you ready to lead the next evolution of Quality Assurance in digital banking?We’re hiring a QA Automation Lead who will own the automation testing strategy, drive shift-left testing practices, and embed quality deeply into every stage of our SDLC.This is a key leadership role where you will guide our teams toward continuous testing, scalable automation, and measurable quality—all to support reliable, secure, and delightful banking experiences.  Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Execution Define and lead the end-to-end QA automation roadmap. Select and scale modern test frameworks for mobile, web, API, and microservices. Embed automated testing in CI/CD pipelines (AWS Pipeline, Jenkins). Drive test data strategy and environment readiness for automated runs. Shift-Left & Continuous Testing Advocate for quality engineering from design to production. Introduce shift-left testing and coach and driving feature teams on writing reliable integration tests, component test and API and E2E Test. Collaborate with DevOps(Pipeline) Team to enable parallel test execution and fast feedback loops. Quality Metrics & Insights Establish test coverage, pass rate, defect leakage KPIs, and trend dashboards. Provide actionable insights using tools like XRAY, TestRail, or custom dashboards. Review failures to root-cause issues and close quality gaps upstream. Team Leadership & Coaching Lead and coaching a growing automation QA team across Portfolio. Pair testing sessions, and QA guilds with engineering team and QA Team to uplift skills and practices. Provide clear direction, feedback, and career guidance for QA Team. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Security to align on quality objectives. Ensure automation efforts scale across portfolio and platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Backend..). Lead initiatives that improve release confidence, cycle time, and regression resilience.

 We are seeking an Automated Test Experience Engineer to develop and execute automated tests for our software and hardware designed by MiTek. In this position, you will be part of a high-performing and collaborative team. You will work closely with software developers, software quality and the product manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Responsibilities: Develop and verify the automated test cases on our existing software . Work in an Agile software development environment (using Scrum), participate in meetings and collaborate with stack holders to ensure the quality of products Track work status through issues tracking tool and report on the status of testing. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. And clarify if any questions Perform testing activities from start to delivery of tasks and tracking status of found defects interact with stakeholders to help solve customer issues.
