Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and non-SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, BTP applications, SuccessFactor, third-party systems, and external APIs.
Analyze and resolve system errors, failed messages, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
Work on incident management, problem management, and service requests to ensure seamless integration operations.
Develop and deploy new integration flows, enhancements, and updates as per business requirements.
Ensure compliance with best practices for integration security, error handling, and data integrity.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide optimal solutions.
Document integration processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Participate in change management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during deployment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in SAP CPI support and troubleshooting.
