It is optimized for conversion and retention.As Product Manager, you will drive the revenue strategy and turn business goals into high-impact product initiatives that scale both user value and growthWHAT YOU WILL DO1. Own Sales funnel performance- Own the end-to-end checkout and payment experience to maximize conversion and user experience.- Optimize funnel flow, reduce friction points, and improve overall efficiency across the purchase journey2. Lead Revenue & Growth Initiatives- Identify and drive high-impact product opportunities that directly grow revenue- Build and optimize retention and LTV levers (loyalty, personalization, incentives...)3. Define Product Strategy & Roadmap- Set product vision and roadmap for revenue related areas (conversion, payment, growth, retention)- Drive roadmap decisions based on data, user behavior, and market landscape4. Drive Cross-functional Execution- Align business needs, user needs, and technical feasibility with BA, Engineering, Data, UX, Marketing, and Ops- Lead features from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring measurable impact on revenue
