Giới thiệu sản phẩm, giải pháp đến chủ đầu tư, các đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế, thầu cơ điện, nhà thầu PCCC…- Tư vấn & Bán hàng kỹ thuật: Tư vấn kỹ thuật và triển khai bán hàng các hệ thống báo cháy Honeywell phù hợp nhu cầu dự án (dân dụng, công nghiệp, hạ tầng...).- Chăm sóc khách hàng: Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với các chủ đầu tư, tư vấn thiết kế, nhà thầu cơ điện, đại lý kỹ thuật.- Phối hợp kỹ thuật & đấu thầu: Phối hợp bộ phận kỹ thuật lên bản vẽ, thiết kế, lập báo giá, đề xuất phương án phù hợp theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.Hỗ trợ triển khai dự án: Phối hợp triển khai, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong quá trình lắp đặt và nghiệm thu hệ thống.- Đào tạo – cập nhật kiến thức sản phẩm: Tham gia các khóa huấn luyện từ hãng sản xuất để cập nhật kiến thức, công nghệ mới từ đó đào tạo/hướng dẫn và chuyển giao kiến thức cho khách hàng hoặc đối tác....- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình bán hàng, thị trường và khách hàng.TRÁCH NHIỆM- Đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu doanh thu/doanh số được giao theo kỳ.- Đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu gia tăng khách hàng mới và chăm sóc khách hàng.- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng tư vấn kỹ thuật và sự hài lòng của khách hàng.QUYỀN HẠN- Được quyền tiếp cận thông tin kỹ thuật và tài liệu cần thiết phục vụ cho công tác bán hàng.- Đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến hiệu quả kinh doanh.

Phân tích dữ liệu từ các hệ thống nghiệp vụ (CRM, Core system, Payment, Saving, Investment, DWH, Data Lake...) để đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động, hành vi người dùng, sản phẩm, chiến dịch marketing, v.v. Làm việc với Product Owner, Business, Marketing và Tech team để chuyển đổi nhu cầu kinh doanh thành yêu cầu dữ liệu và dashboard cụ thể. Thiết kế và xây dựng dashboard (Metabase, Looker, v.v.) cung cấp insight theo thời gian thực. Viết và tối ưu hóa truy vấn SQL phức tạp phục vụ báo cáo hoặc mô hình phân tích. Đề xuất và triển khai các mô hình phân tích thống kê, clustering, hoặc scoring để dự đoán xu hướng, rủi ro, hành vi khách hàng. Đảm bảo chất lượng dữ liệu (Data Quality, Consistency, Validation) thông qua quy trình kiểm tra và đối soát định kỳ. Phối hợp với Data Engineer để cải thiện kiến trúc DWH/Data Lake, tối ưu pipeline ETL và các quy trình tự động hóa.
