Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together within a great team! POSITIONWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to head a cross-functional product team in Ho Chi Minh City, comprising frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps engineers. You will work in a product trio with a Product Manager and Product Designer, ensuring smooth delivery and meaningful discovery. Together, you will focus on building solutions that are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.  You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in Germany and international teams, ensuring both business impact and technical excellence. As a leader, you’ll coach your team in agile practices, modern software development, and the effective use of generative AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot). Assign tasks and provide development direction for Game Designers.Create training plans and mentorship strategies to enhance the skills of Game Designers.Collaborate with the Production Lead to develop plans for new game projects.Define design documentation guidelines for Game Designers, or directly produce design documents when needed.Monitor or actively participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with planned milestones.Communicate effectively with developers to propose and refine game data design solutions.Review and validate gameplay metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or directly balance the game parameters of assigned projects.
