MAIN RESPONSIBILITY1. HRC tie-up deployment (20%)- Tie-up HRC outlets (stand-alone or chain or Coffee or Restaurant) in their in-charge territories with the right traffic & accurate smoker profile for Equity building, BA activation, Visibility display & Brand awareness- Directly deal with outlet owner for optimized fees & full activation benefits (listing, pricing, BA, visibility)- Arrange Event calendar & Activation plan within allocated budget5. New opportunities programs development & execution (10%)- Identify opportunities (based on Consumer mapping) & develop suitable short-term scheme for pilot to assess potential- Plan resource/budget & set KPI for pilot, as a benchmark for decision-making post-pilot (stop/keep piloting/scale up)6. Thiết kế và triển khai kiến trúc Front-end: Định hướng kiến trúc frontend theo hướng module hóa, tối ưu tái sử dụng component, dễ bảo trì và mở rộng.Áp dụng các pattern kiến trúc mới như Atomic Design, Folder by Feature, SSR/CSR/ISRPhối hợp chặt chẽ với backend để xác định luồng data, cấu trúc API tối ưu cho hiệu suất.Đóng góp vào quyết định kỹ thuật cùng với CTO, Backend Lead và Product Owner.Dẫn dắt phát triển giao diện người dùng: Là người chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc triển khai UI theo thiết kế UX/UI.Làm chủ toàn bộ giao diện web của hệ thống từ khâu prototyping đến production.Tối ưu performance (lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, caching...)Tối ưu & tự động hoá: Xây dựng guideline code, template project, tiêu chuẩn naming, linting, formatting cho toàn team.Review code định kỳ, đảm bảo chất lượng và tuân thủ kỹ thuật.Triển khai quy trình CI/CD (build, test, deploy) tự động cho frontend team (Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Actions…)Viết và duy trì test coverage bằng Jest, React Testing Library.Quản lý team Front-end: Giao task, theo dõi tiến độ, hỗ trợ xử lý blockers kỹ thuật.Đào tạo, coaching junior/mid, xây dựng lộ trình phát triển cho từng thành viên.Truyền cảm hứng sáng tạo, cải tiến và học hỏi liên tục.

We are looking for a candidate to lead GDS’s Data Engineering Team. The DE team are building GDS’s Data Warehouse/ Data Lake and multiple data infrastructure initiatives for VNGGames. The role requires taking ownership of a complex, partially-migrated data platform and lead the evolution of its infrastructure, tooling, and operations to serve both analytical and compliance needs (including SOX) at scale.  The lead will also make architectural decisions and drive operational reliability while managing cross-team collaboration and legacy complexity. Responsibilities: Leading GDS’s data infrastructure initiatives projects · Maintain and evolve the internal YAML-based SDK for batch and streaming workloadsMigration legacy Hadoop to Spark based platform on K8s · Ensure GDS’s data integrity and accuracy as well as data management practice Build/maintain and improve our current data integration pipelines (streaming and batching ETL), testing and production deployment frameworks/architecture for all GDS data productsKeep the whole DE team updated with current best practices and maintaining data engineering standard Manage a team of data engineers (10-12 members) Provide mentorship to team membersEffective communication with leadership, tech and business teams
