Vị trí Kỹ sư Giải pháp Cloud mảng Hạ tầng Storage làm việc tại Trung tâm Nền tảng Công nghệ và Chuyển đổi số - Tổng công ty Mạng lưới Viettel. Đây là vị trí công việc chịu trách nhiệm phát triển hạ tầng Storage, phần mềm, ứng dụng và vận hành cho các sản phẩm, dịch vụ Storage trên Cloud của Viettel. Hiện tại, hệ sinh thái Viettel Cloud ( với hàng nghìn máy chủ vật lý, quản lý hàng chục nghìn máy chủ ảo của hàng trăm dịch vụ, và nằm trong nhóm hạ tầng điện toán đám mây hàng đầu Đông Nam Á. Để có thể triển khai, quản lý và vận hành được hạ tầng lớn như vậy một cách ổn định, tự động và an toàn, Viettel Cloud cần phát triển, xây dựng, triển khai hệ sinh thái gồm nhiều giải pháp phần mềm quản lý, hỗ trợ triển khai, vận hành, giám sát, tác động tự động...Phát triển, triển khai, giám sát, quản lý hệ thống Ceph.Phát triển, triển khai, giám sát, quản lý các sản phẩm của Viettel Cloud về Storage trên các môi trường dev/staging/production.Nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm các giải pháp, công nghệ lưu trữ mới cho các bài toán đặc thù như Bigdata, AI Tự động hóa quy trình và công tác phát triển giải pháp, phục vụ triển khai, nâng cấp hoặc fix lỗi hệ thống.Theo dõi sự phát triển của hệ thống, đề xuất và đưa phương án nâng cấp, mở rộng đảm bảo tính tự động hoá, có tính toán rủi ro và khả năng phục hồi nếu gặp sự cố.Đề xuất các ý tưởng mới và contribute vào các sản phẩm mã nguồn mở trên thế giới.Tham gia trình bày tại các hội thảo công nghệ về Cloud, và các sản phẩm được triển khai trên nền tảng Cloud tại Việt Nam và quốc tế.
