• Phát triển, trực tiếp lập trình các hệ thống, ứng dụng của Ngân hàng, gồm các hệ thống nội bộ và ứng dụng dành cho khách hàng với quy mô 30 triệu khách hàng cá nhân và 300.000 khách hàng doanh nghiệp.• Phát triển hoặc phối hợp triển khai cùng các nhà cung cấp cho các giải pháp Công nghệ.• Quản lý, phát triển dịch vụ tích hợp với các hệ thống lõi của ngân hàng.• Quản lý, phát triển API trên API Gateway phục vụ tích hợp với các đối tác trong nước và quốc tế.• Tham gia nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm, triển khai áp dụng các xu hướng công nghệ mới vào việc phát triển: GraphQL, Docker Container (K8s), CICD, EventSourcing, CQRS, NoSQL ...• Lên timeline công việc, quản lý tasks cho các thành viên trong nhóm, giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên hoàn thành đúng cam kết.

• Thiết kế, đánh giá và tối ưu kiến trúc hệ thống cho các ứng dụng như cần xử lý dịch vụ phức tạp và yêu cầu realtime, tính sẵn sàng/scaling, chịu lỗi cao như gọi xe, ghép chuyến, pricing...• Định nghĩa và chuẩn hóa kiến trúc SOA / microservices phục vụ đa ứng dụng, đa thị trường (multi-tenant, multi-region).• Phân tích và re-engineer các hệ thống hiện tại để:o Nâng cao scalability, performance và availability.o Đảm bảo observability, tracing, tuning.o Chịu lỗi resilience, fault tolerance, giảm downtime, nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng.• Đưa ra tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và làm việc cùng các đội phát triển (Dev & DevOps) triển khai đồng nhất theo best practices.• Làm việc cùng Product Owner và Tech Lead để định hình kiến trúc, giải pháp kỹ thuật và lựa chọn công nghệ phù hợp.• Tìm hiểu, thử nghiệm, đánh giá, đề xuất triển khai các giải pháp, phát triển ứng dụng về cả luồng nghiệp vụ và nền tảng/non-functional requirements, bao gồm cả DevSecOps, Integration, Observability, Data.
