Product Backlog Management
Own, create, and manage the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities.
Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation.
Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value.
Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, changes in market needs, and development progress.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Development Team.
Gather input from business leaders, users, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements align with business goals.
Lead product planning sessions, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming meetings.
Product Vision & Strategy
Define, communicate, and refine the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
Ensure all team members and stakeholders have a shared understanding of the product direction.
Evaluate and track product performance using key metrics and customer feedback.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, and QC Engineers to ensure smooth delivery.
Help the team define the Definition of Done and support them in meeting it.
Be available for daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to clarify product requirements and priorities.
