1. Phát triển & đảm bảo chất lượng dự án Thiết kế, xây dựng và triển khai core gameplay systems & features  cho puzzle game. Tham gia vào toàn bộ vòng đời dự án: prototype - production -  release - live ops. Phối hợp với Game Designer để phát triển công cụ hỗ trợ balancing,  gameplay tuning. Làm việc chặt chẽ với Artist để tích hợp asset theo chuẩn optimize  cho Unity. Đóng vai trò cầu nối kỹ thuật giữa BOD – Designer – Artist –  Developer. Tối ưu hiệu năng (FPS, memory, build size) để game hoạt động mượt  trên nhiều thiết bị. Đưa ra sáng kiến cải thiện trải nghiệm người chơi và tính hấp dẫn của game. 2. Quản lý & phát triển đội ngũ (Lead/Principal) Lead team 5–7 developer: phân task, theo dõi tiến độ, đảm bảo chất lượng code.Định hướng kỹ thuật, xây dựng quy trình và best practices cho  Skylink Studio. Mentor junior/mid developer, nâng cao năng lực và gắn kết đội ngũ. Đóng vai trò cầu nối kỹ thuật giữa BOD – Designer – Artist – Developer.
