Xây dựng các chính sách quy trình quản trị dữ liệu: Xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn, thủ tục và quy trình quản trị dữ liệu, quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu theo chủ đề dữ liệu được phân công. Xây dựng các tiêu chí cần thiết để theo dõi, giám sát  tiến độ quản lý dữ liệu của các đơn vị.  2. Tổ chức triển khai quy trình quản trị dữ liệu: Tổ chức triển khai, điều phối, tổng hợp tài liệu trong công tác quản trị dữ liệu, quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu theo phạm vi và chủ đề dữ liệu được phân công. Tổng hợp, phân tích, phối hợp hoặc trực tiếp xử lý các vấn đề dữ liệu. Theo dõi, đề xuất triển khai công tác làm sạch, làm giàu dữ liệu. Giám sát đo lường hiệu suất quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu.  3. Quản trị vận hành và phát triển ứng dụng quản trị dữ liệu và quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu. Quản trị vận hành hệ thống: Kiểm soát, theo dõi các vấn đề của hệ thống: phân tích dữ liệu để phát hiện các vấn đề trùng lặp, không nhất quán trên hệ thống về quy tắc nghiệp vụ, kỹ thuật. Phát triển và bảo trì hệ thống.  4. Công tác nghiên cứu khoa học - đào tạo và công tác khác: Nghiên cứu, cập nhật các thông lệ về quản trị dữ liệu, các xu hướng công nghệ có ảnh hưởng đến công tác quản trị dữ liệu để đề xuất ứng dụng, sáng kiến vào hoạt động của BIDV. Kỹ năng & Chuyên mônĐiều kiện về độ tuổi: không quá 35 tuổi tại thời điểm dự tuyển.  Kinh nghiệm: Ứng viên ngoài hệ thống: đáp ứng 1 trong các điều kiện sau: Tối thiểu 01 năm làm việc trong các lĩnh vực: Phát triển phần mềm hệ thống báo cáo; Phát triển phần mềm ứng dụng; Quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu; Quản trị hệ thống thông tin trong ngành ngân hàng,… Ưu tiên:  Có kiến thức về Quản trị dữ liệu, quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu: về quy trình quản lý dữ liệu từ khi thu thập, lưu trữ, bảo mật, chia sẻ và sử dụng dữ liệu. Kinh nghiệm vận hành các hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu và các phần mềm quản lý dữ liệu lớn như Data Lakes/ Data Warehouses.  Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về xây dựng, quản lý chất lượng dữ liệu của các miền dữ liệu trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng như dữ liệu khách hàng, sản phẩm, tài chính...  Có kinh nghiệm tham gia và triển khai các dự án liên quan đến dữ liệu.  Ứng viên nội bộ: Tối thiểu 02 năm tại một trong các vị trí sau đây: 1. Trách nhiệm công việc Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue, or jQuery depending on the module). Perform both front-end and back-end development, including REST APIs, business logic, and UI/UX enhancements. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and performance issues in the production environment. Collaborate closely with Korean teams to receive requirements, plan deployments, and ensure delivery aligns with group-wide policies and schedules. Perform code review, refactoring, and optimization for scalability and maintainability. Contribute to system documentation, deployment scripts, and configuration management.
