Hỗ trợ chuyên môn và đào tạo: • Hỗ trợ đào tạo chuyên môn cho các thành viên mới hoặc các chuyên viên cấp dưới trong nhóm về công cụ, phương pháp phân tích và chuẩn báo cáo. • Phối hợp với bộ phận nghiệp vụ để tìm hiểu bài toán kinh doanh và chuyển đổi nhu cầu thành yêu cầu dữ liệu/giải pháp phân tích cụ thể. • Giải thích kết quả phân tích và đưa ra khuyến nghị hành động dựa trên dữ liệu, giúp các phòng ban hiểu và áp dụng hiệu quả.3. Đóng góp vào cải tiến quy trình: • Tìm hiểu các phương pháp phân tích hiện đại hoặc giải pháp dữ liệu mới, đề xuất ứng dụng phù hợp với năng lực tổ chức. • Tham gia đánh giá, cải tiến quy trình thu thập, xử lý, lưu trữ và phân tích dữ liệu nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của toàn bộ chuỗi phân tích. • Theo dõi hiệu quả các chỉ số vận hành sau khi áp dụng khuyến nghị từ dữ liệu, góp phần hoàn thiện quy trình ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.
