In this position, you’ll act as a supportive bridge between Content Owners, models, and studios, helping to ensure that every project is executed smoothly and meets our shared standards of quality and timeliness.We are seeking someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and the ability to see projects through from briefing to final delivery. If you excel at managing multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail, this role offers the stability and clarity you are looking for.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Coordination & Execution• Lead the coordination of model & studio bookings per month, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.• Collaborate closely with the content team and talents on the creative brief to capture the required footage.• Monitor each project’s lifecycle—from confirmation to final delivery—keeping everything on track and on time.• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and proactively flag any risks or delays.Communication• Explain clearly the creative requirements and resolve any questions or concerns during production.• Cultivate long-term relationships with top-performing talent to build a high-quality, reliable freelance network.Quality Control & On-Time Delivery• Review and validate all content to ensure it meets creative briefs, brand standards, and technical specifications.• Coordinate reshoots or revisions efficiently when needed, maintaining quality without compromising timelines.• Ensure every project is delivered on time and at expected quality, while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.Admin, Contracts & Reporting• Prepare, manage, and track all talent contracts, agreements, and payments.• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of bookings, deliveries, and invoices.
