We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic technical infrastructure professional to join our IT team. This role reports directly to the IT Service and Infrastructure Manager.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1/ Network Setup and Configuration:Design, set up, and configure Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).Install and support network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, access points, and other networking equipment.2/ Network Security:Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, breaches, and other security threats;Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and take appropriate measures to safeguard the network.Manage and operate security equipment/solutions such as Firewalls (Next-Generation Firewalls), Anti-Spam, and IDS/IPS.3/ Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and performance issues;Conduct regular maintenance activities, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.Proactively monitor the performance of the network system (real-time and logs) to detect and address potential issues early.Keep track of network issues and record incident reports4/ Documentation and Procedures:Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.Keep an inventory of network equipment, including specifications and warranty information.Keep track of requests and appropriate configuration of network policies in network and security devices.Develop and enforce network-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and company best practices.5/ Other tasks assigned by superiors

Independently read, analyze, and comprehend Japanese Detail Design documents to create comprehensive Japanese test cases.Execute test cases, perform thorough functional and system testing, and prepare high-quality Japanese evidence/proof before delivery.Maintain an extremely high level of care and precision in all documentation, testing activities, and final deliverable checks.Ability to read and understand Java source code to aid in defect identification, root cause analysis, and test scenario creation.Demonstrate strong knowledge of relational databases, including understanding tables, keys, and relationships between tables.Capable of writing complex SQL queries for data validation, and possessing the ability to read PLSQL (Oracle) code for analysis.Write basic PLSQL (Oracle) code for testing setup, data manipulation, or simple automation scripts.Commitment to performing all project tasks (development, testing, documentation, and delivery) strictly according to defined project processes and methodologies.Leverage prior experience working within Japanese projects to ensure effective communication and adherence to cultural standards for quality and scheduling
