1. Quản lý & phát triển đội QA Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển đội QA (manual & automation). Định hướng kỹ năng, tư duy kiểm thử và lộ trình phát triển nghề nghiệp cho nhân sự QA. Tổ chức review định kỳ, huấn luyện kỹ năng test nghiệp vụ và phân tích rủi ro logic. Xây dựng KPI, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và theo dõi tiến độ kiểm thử theo từng giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm. Đảm bảo đội QA phối hợp hiệu quả với các nhóm lập trình, AI và sản phẩm. 2. Quản lý quy trình & đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm Thiết lập và cải tiến quy trình QA nội bộ, bao gồm test plan, buglist, test report và tiêu chuẩn kiểm thử. Xây dựng và duy trì bộ Test Plan, Test Case, Buglist và báo cáo chất lượng định kỳ. Theo dõi, đánh giá và báo cáo chất lượng từng phiên bản sản phẩm. Tham gia sớm vào giai đoạn phân tích, thiết kế để đảm bảo sản phẩm có thể kiểm thử hiệu quả. Đề xuất cải tiến để giảm lỗi tái diễn, tăng hiệu suất và độ ổn định của hệ thống. 3. Định hướng kỹ thuật & đào tạo Hướng dẫn đội QA sử dụng và khai thác hiệu quả các công cụ hiện có (Burp Suite, Acunetix, Postman, BrowserStack). Định hướng phát triển automation testing phù hợp với sản phẩm. Xây dựng chương trình đào tạo nội bộ giúp QA hiểu sâu logic nghiệp vụ và kiến trúc sản phẩm.
