MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC• Tham gia lập kế hoạch tài chính – chi phí – ngân sách hoạt động hàng năm của Phòng theo quy định của NCB;• Thực hiện kiểm soát thẩm định TSBĐ có tính phức tạp cao theo quy định/quy trình nghiệp vụ đã ban hành nhằm phát hiện các sai sót, vi phạm trong quá trình thực hiện thẩm định TSBĐ; đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục; phát hiện các điểm chưa phù hợp của quy trình nghiệp vụ và đề xuất cải tiến nhằm nâng cao chất lượng thẩm định tài sản tại NCB;• Thực hiện vai trò trưởng nhóm trong các đợt kiểm tra theo chuyên đề của Phòng Kiểm soát Thẩm định tài sản; Trực tiếp phê duyệt các báo cáo kiểm soát công tác kiểm soát thẩm định Tài sản bảo đảm trong phạm vi được ủy quyền/phân công thực hiện;• Tham gia xây dựng công tác nâng cao chất lượng thẩm định trên cơ sở dữ liệu tài sản trung tâm xây dựng; xây dựng/kiểm soát việc xây dựng bảng giá đất thị trường cho từng tỉnh/thành trong khu vực được phân công; Bảng giá cho các loại tài sản để làm căn cứ xác định giá trị tài sản bảo đảm tại NCB;• Tổng hợp ý kiến đề xuất xây dựng chính sách, văn bản; đề xuất cải tiến quy định/chính sách về thẩm định TĐTS nhằm cái tiến quy định, quy trình thẩm định TSBĐ phù hợp với thực tế;• Tham gia đào tạo, kèm cặp hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ cho cán bộ nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc;• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công, chỉ đạo của cấp có thẩm quyền trong từng thời kỳ để hoàn thành mục tiêu chung của Đơn vị

Forguncy is a low-code development platform provided by Mescius (GrapeCity), Japan, that enables users to build web applications with an “Excel-like” experience.We are looking for engineers to join the core development team of Forguncy Builder (a WPF application) and Forguncy Server (an execution platform based on ASP.NET Core), responsible for designing, implementing, and improving core functionalities. Applications generated with Forguncy are Single Page Applications (SPA), where much of the processing is executed on the client side using JavaScript/TypeScript.
