Product Vision & Strategy Translate public health needs into a clear product roadmap aligned with GaneshAID’s vision. Define product features and functionality, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals. Stay up to date on AI and digital technology trends, particularly in public health, and drive innovative features leveraging AI where appropriate.  Agile Product Management Own and manage the product backlog for digital applications. Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Prioritize features based on impact, urgency, and feedback. Collaborate directly with the development team for refinement and progress tracking.  Quality & Delivery Oversight Ensure that product releases are aligned with business timelines and stakeholder expectations. Monitor product performance and ensure continuous improvement based on user feedback and KPIs. Work closely with QA team to support testing and validation.  User-Centered Design & Documentation Champion UX/UI considerations for user-centric product design. Support the creation and maintenance of both product and business documentation, including user manuals, workflows, requirement specs, and process maps. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the IT Project Manager, CEO, PM team, domain experts, and other business units to capture and refine product requirements. Engage regularly with public health experts, partners, and country teams to validate features and usability.

Forguncy is a low-code development platform provided by Mescius (GrapeCity), Japan, that enables users to build web applications with an “Excel-like” experience.We are looking for engineers to join the core development team of Forguncy Builder (a WPF application) and Forguncy Server (an execution platform based on ASP.NET Core), responsible for designing, implementing, and improving core functionalities. Applications generated with Forguncy are Single Page Applications (SPA), where much of the processing is executed on the client side using JavaScript/TypeScript.
