Chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp quản trị, vận hành hệ thống Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp bao gồm:Nhiệm vụ chuyên môn:Theo dõi hoạt động của hệ thống Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp để phát hiện các vấn đề phát sinh và cập nhật các bản vá đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động liên tục và ổn định;Lưu trữ các dữ liệu và các thông tin cần thiết của hệ thống Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp;Tham gia xây dựng các quy trình và cấu hình hệ thống Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp cho quá trình vận hành;Thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ các hệ thống Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp;Hỗ trợ xử lý các yêu cầu chuyên sâu đối với hệ thông Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp được giao quản lý;Thực hiện cập nhật, nâng cấp, tích hợp các thay đổi vào hệ thống Ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp theo kế hoạch được phê duyệt.Nhận phân công công việc của lãnh đạo có thẩm quyền, lập kế hoạch công việc chi tiết, và báo cáo tiến độ và kết quả công việc cho lãnh đạoNghiên cứu và đề xuất áp dụng các ứng dụng mới trong hệ sinh thái có sẵn ngân hàng đã muaThực hiện cập nhật các bản vá lỗi đối với các ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệpĐào tạo về chuyên môn cho CV và NOCTham gia các hoạt động đào tạo, hướng dẫn, trao đổi kiến thức trong Khối.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của lãnh đạo Phòng và lãnh đạo Trung tâm.

Quản trị toàn bộ tài nguyên hạ tầng vật lý: máy chủ, switch, router, firewall, NAS/SAN, thiết bị IoT, camera...Triển khai mô hình hạ tầng private cloud tại các chi nhánh, trung tâm dữ liệu nội bộ.Lập kế hoạch mở rộng, bảo trì, và đồng bộ hạ tầng mạng trên toàn hệ thống.Quản lý cụm Kubernetes bare-metal hoặc VM-based phục vụ vận hành hệ thống ứng dụng.Đảm bảo HA, backup, disaster recovery cho toàn cụm.Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống bảo mật nhiều lớp: firewall, VLAN, VPN, IDS/IPS, reverse proxy, zero trust.Triển khai chính sách hardening cho máy chủ Linux, cơ chế RBAC, auditing và syslog tập trung.Giám sát an ninh mạng, phát hiện bất thường (SIEM, Suricata, Wazuh...).Phát triển pipeline GitLab CI, Jenkins, hoặc ArgoCD để triển khai tự động ứng dụng.Thực hiện GitOps và DevSecOps – tích hợp scanning, secrets detection, policy compliance.Tự động hóa hạ tầng bằng Terraform, Ansible, Helm...Quản lý đội ngũ vận hành, system engineer, DevOps, bảo mật (~2–5 người).Xây dựng quy trình giám sát, xử lý sự cố, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật liên chi nhánh.Đào tạo nội bộ về K8s, mạng, bảo mật, DevOps.
