- Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, soạn thảo và lưu các Hồ sơ cấp tín dụng, Hồ sơ về tài sản đảm bảo sau phê duyệt bao gồm hoạt động cho vay, bảo lãnh, LC, thấu chi, thẻ, trái phiếu và các nghiệp vụ cấp tín dụng khác đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng nội dung phê duyệt, quy định VPBank - Kiểm soát Hồ sơ cấp tín dụng sau phê duyệt bao gồm hoạt động cho vay, bảo lãnh, LC, thấu chi, thẻ, trái phiếu …, các hồ sơ chuyển tiền và các nghiệp vụ cấp tín dụng khác đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng nội dung phê duyệt, quy định VPBank trong Hạn mức được ủy quyền theo từng thời kỳ- Hạch toán hoặc duyệt hạch toán phát vay, chuyển tiền, thu nợ, nhập/ xuất TSĐB, các bút toán điều chỉnh.. để đảm bảo các khoản vay của Khách hàng được cập nhật đầy đủ, chính xác trên hệ thống T24 theo quy định VPBank và theo sự phân công từng thời kỳ - Hoàn thiện hồ sơ cấp tín dụng, theo dõiviệc hoàn thiện chứng từ cần bổ sung từ Khách hàng sau khi cấp tín dụng đảm bảo tuân thủ Nghị quyết phê duyệt và quy định của VPBank trong từng thời kỳ- Trao đổi trực tiếp với các đơn vị kinh doanh/các bộ phận liên quan để tiếp nhận các phản hồi và đưa ra giải pháp để giải quyết triệt để các vấn đề phát sinh một cách liên tục.- Thực hiện ký kết các văn bản, thông báo, giấy tờ theo Ủy quyền trong nội bộ Ngân hàng- Tập hợp, thu hồi, cung cấp Hồ sơ tín dụng, Hồ sơ tài sản đảm bảo cho các Đơn vị kiểm soát trong Nội bộ VPBank theo quy định hoặc phân công từng thời kỳ: Giám sát tín dụng, Kiểm toán, Kiểm soát sau và các Đơn vị bên ngoài: Kiểm toán độc lập, Ngân Hàng Nhà Nước theo yêu cầu - Đầu mối tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ Khách hàng, phân loại và chuyển hồ sơ giao dịch đó đến Đơn vị kinh doanh và các đơn vị nghiệp vụ khác trong Khối Vận hành để xử lý. Thực hiện việc hoàn trả hồ sơ cho Khách hàng sau giao dịch đúng hạn;- Hướng dẫn Khách hàng hoàn thiện, điền đúng mẫu, ký kết các hồ sơ có liên quan đến hoạt động tín dụng, trái phiếu như: Hợp đồng tín dụng, KUNN, đơn đề nghị vay vốn, bảo lãnh … phục vụ các giao dịch có phát sinh. Thông báo kịp thời tới Khách hàng nhằm chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện hồ sơ trong trường hợp Hồ sơ chưa đầy đủ. Kịp thời gửi thông báo nợ gốc, lãi đến hạn tới Khách hàng và các giải đáp, cung cấp thông tin kịp thời cho Khách hàng;- Tham gia vào các Dự án, cùng với các Đơn vị Phòng ban tại VPBank đưa ra các đề xuất, đóng góp ý kiến về mặt vận hành để tối ưu hóa hoạt động xử lý tín dụng- Đào tạo, kèm cặp nhằm nâng cao năng lực của Chuyên viên trong Nhóm. Chủ động phân phối công việc cho các Chuyên viên Chính, Chuyên viên Hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ khi phát sinh nhiều giao dịch hoặc dự án lớn đòi hỏi tiến độ để đảm bảo chất lượng trong hoạt động của Nhóm.- Đánh giá, phát hiện kịp thời các rủi ro phát sinh trong quá trình xử lý nghiệp vụ, từ đó báo cáo Trưởng Phòng/Trưởng Bộ Phận để có các giải pháp và kế hoạch hành động cụ thể để giải quyết vấn đề, hạn chế tối đa các rủi ro có thể xảy ra.- Chủ động đề xuất các ý tưởng và các hành động/giải pháp để giảm thiểu các vấn đề rủi ro tín dụng, tăng hiệu quả vận hành, giảm thiểu chi phí phát sinh- Rà soát, xây dựng và cập nhật Công cụ kiểm soát sau (Post-check tools) để phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời các sai sót phát sinh, phát hiện sớm các rủi ro vận hành và có biện pháp xử lý, hạn chế rủi ro.

Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai, cấu hình và đảm bảo hệ thống ứng dụng vận hành ổn định, liên tục theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.Quản lý và duy trì đầy đủ tài liệu cài đặt, cấu hình, vận hành hệ thống và quy trình xử lý sự cố.Thực hiện nâng cấp hệ thống, cập nhật ứng dụng định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu đảm bảo an toàn và hiệu năng.Tham gia triển khai hệ thống cho khách hàng bên ngoài, phối hợp kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ trong quá trình bàn giao.Đào tạo level thấp hơn.
