Thực hiện phát triển tính năng mới, tùy biến và tích hợp phần mềm ITSM theo yêu cầu cụ thể của từng dự án. Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các công nghệ và giải pháp mới về Cloud, Micro Services nhằm đáp ứng việc phát triển và tích hợp giải pháp Managed Services với sản phẩm CNTT khác đã được triển khai cho khách hàng nội bộ và khách hàng bên ngoài. Xây dựng tài liệu thiết kế kỹ thuật và kiến trúc hệ thống cho sản phẩm. Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công từ Ban Lãnh đạo hoặc quản lý trực tiếp. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm quản lý nhóm sản phẩm hoặc tương đương. Thành thạo NodeJS, TypeScript, OOP, RESTful API, Redis, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Có kinh nghiệm với Microservices, MongoDB hoặc PostgreSQL. Kỹ năng quản trị, phân tích yêu cầu và đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật. Có khả năng thực hiện code review, đảm bảo chất lượng phần mềm (QA/QC). Hiểu biết về API, hệ thống tích hợp; có thể làm việc với ngôn ngữ khác như .NET, Python. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc theo mô hình Agile/Scrum. Kỹ năng phối hợp hiệu quả với BA, Tester, PM/PO, QA và khách hàng. Từng tham gia thiết kế hoặc phát triển sản phẩm CNTT. Am hiểu bảo mật phần mềm và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất ứng dụng.
