Trách nhiệm công việc Phân tích tình hình và xác định yêu cầu của Khách Hàng để đề xuất Giải pháp. Viết các báo cáo/bài nghiên cứu thường kỳ và đột xuất về các giải pháp, xu hướng công nghệ trên thị trường. Cập nhật công nghệ, thường xuyên cập nhật các xu hướng, sản phẩm, giải pháp để nâng cao năng lực tư vấn. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Thạc sỹ các trường Đại học Quốc gia TPHCM, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội, tương đương hoặc cao hơn chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin. Khả năng đọc, hiểu tiếng Anh tốt. Trách nhiệm công việc Lên ý tưởng, sáng tạo, trực tiếp thiết kế giao diện UI/UX cho Web Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan (Development, QA, BA, ...) để xây dựng đưa ra bản thiết kế tối ưu xuyên suốt dự án. Tham gia nghiên cứu góp ý và chia sẻ giúp cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm. Đưa những thiết kế xu hướng vào sản phẩm. Thiết kế các sản phẩm, hình ảnh cho sản phẩm (effect, logo, wireframe, ...). Job Summary: Head of Collection Strategy and Analytic plays a key role in controlling/ monitoring Collection portfolio, building flexible collection strategy according to collection buckets, customer segments to increase collection performance as well as team management.Trách nhiệm công việc1. Trách nhiệm công việc1. Performance Management (50%): Successfully implement treasury strategy and policies set by Group Treasury and local management. Manages treasury and funding activities including meeting short and long-term funding needs, ensure sufficient capital for business activities. Build and maintain positive relationship with investors and banks. Manage processes of corporate bond and CD issuance in addition to borrowings from banks. 2. Reporting/Portfolio Analysis (45%): Analyzes market conditions using the fundamental and technical indicators and provide analysis/update to management, clients and concerned units. Report to ALCO, Global Business Team and Management Board on liquidity risks and interest rate risks as well as funding and treasury plans. Trách nhiệm công việc Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on sales volume goals. Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement strategic initiatives that enhance product offerings and market presence. Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide insights to improve product strategies and execution. Work closely with sales, marketing and relative departments to ensure cohesive efforts towards shared objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify scheme, policies, trends, opportunities, potential risks associated with product lines and customer needs. Analyze and monitor reports on partnership performance, highlighting successes and points for improvement. Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Qualification University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major 2. Work Experience At least 4 years of working experience in corporate sales/ partnership/ Business development. Practical working experience in sales, leading sales teams 3. Knowledge Retail Banking - Consumer finance, retail, e-commerce, Household appliance market or any potential industry. Knowledge of CRM, Sales finance product, Sales target set up and tracking, Build System and Application Programming Interface. 4.
