PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES Work closely with Production, Chemical, Quality, Safety and Controls teams to ensure that plant priorities are met. To carry out routine, preventive maintenance on a wide range of plant.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • React quickly to plant breakdown situations when notified by production and provide timely, robust solutions to return plant to full productivity. • Ensure compliance with planned maintenance strategies for plant and equipment. • Attend shift briefs to ensure continuity and quality of work across all shifts. • Recommend and support value added improvement initiatives where appropriate. • To support the Kingspan manufacturing process by being proactive on the correction and modification of reoccurring machine processing faults. • Make operations aware of any machine issues and aid with stock control by reporting potential shortages. • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, HSE awareness and housekeeping in all work areas. • Attend educational courses, workshops, training etc. to develop technical knowledge and abilities. • Carry out modifications and installation work where required to continually improve plant reliability, safety and process quality. • Designs maintenance strategies, procedures and methods, organizes routine servicing schedules. • Other tasks as required.

CÔNG TÁC TƯ VẤN THIẾT KẾ VÀ ĐẤU THẦU• Khảo sát hiện trường và triển khai tư vấn thiết kế các hệ thống kỹ thuật theo từng Bộ môn phụ trách: o Hệ thống PCCC và thẩm duyệt PCCC. o Hệ thống Cơ: Điều hòa không khí & Cấp thoát nước, hệ thống cơ khí o Hệ thống Điện, Điện nhẹ.• Bóc tách khối lượng và lập hồ sơ đấu thầu cho các hạng mục Cơ, Điện, PCCC.• Tư vấn và đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật nhằm tối ưu chất lượng, tiến độ và chi phí dự án.• Kiểm tra, phối hợp với các bộ môn khác như xây dựng, kiến trúc & kết cấu.• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ đấu thầu theo yêu cầu cụ thể từng dự án.• Tham gia cuộc họp bảo vệ thiết kế và hồ sơ đấu thầu với Khách hàng.

Kỹ sư thiết kế Cơ điện: 06 ngườiĐịa điểm làm việc: Văn phòng công ty (có thể đi công tác khảo sát hiện trường khi cần): • Khảo sát hiện trường, thu thập thông tin đầu vào phục vụ công tác thiết kế. • Thiết kế hệ thống cơ điện (Điện, Điện nhẹ, Cấp thoát nước, Điều hòa thông gió, PCCC...) cho các công trình dân dụng và công nghiệp. • Triển khai bản vẽ thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế kỹ thuật, thiết kế thi công. • Tính toán, lựa chọn thiết bị phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu của dự án. • Phối hợp với các bộ môn khác (kiến trúc, kết cấu…) để đảm bảo đồng bộ thiết kế. • Hỗ trợ lập dự toán khối lượng vật tư thiết bị, bản vẽ shop drawing nếu cần. • Tham gia họp kỹ thuật với khách hàng/chủ đầu tư/tư vấn thiết kế khi được phân công. • Làm hồ sơ nghiệm thu thanh toán và hoàn công.2. Kỹ sư Cơ điện Giám sát tại Dự án: 15 ngườiĐịa điểm làm việc: Các dự án của công ty: • Trực tiếp giám sát thi công các hạng mục cơ điện (Điện, cấp thoát nước, điều hòa, thông gió, PCCC...) tại công trình. • Kiểm tra bản vẽ thi công, triển khai shop drawing, • Giám sát chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn lao động theo đúng hồ sơ thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật. • Nghiệm thu vật tư, thiết bị đầu vào và các hạng mục thi công tại hiện trường. • Làm việc với nhà thầu phụ, đội thi công, tư vấn giám sát và chủ đầu tư để xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh. • Lập báo cáo công việc định kỳ gửi về văn phòng công ty. • Phối hợp với các bộ phận để đảm bảo công trình được thực hiện đúng yêu cầu.

1. Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất đối với các công đoạn sơn, hàn, lắp ráp, đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng (IQC, PQC, OQC).2. Kiểm soát chất lượng đầu vào, trong quá trình sản xuất và đầu ra, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu kỹ thuật và thẩm mỹ.3. Phát triển và cải tiến các tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng liên quan đến sơn, hàn, lắp ráp, tối ưu hóa quy trình đánh giá.4. Lập báo cáo lỗi chất lượng, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đề xuất phương án khắc phục, cải tiến.5. Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ chất lượng theo quy định.6. Hỗ trợ các bộ phận sản xuất trong việc tối ưu thiết kế, cải tiến nguyên vật liệu và nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất.7. Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ QC để phân tích và quản lý chất lượng.8.
