Responsibilities:• Help to report & monitor daily inspections that affect product quality.• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking in-lines and final outputs.• Assist in accompanying with customers in inspections when required.• Make quality inspection reports for internal departments.• Perform work duties as assigned by supervisor.

• The Project Manager (PM) will drive the execution of programs and work directly with the Product Line Managers to meet schedules and remain under budget while exceeding customer expectations.• The PM should have experience successfully communicating internal assessment of program proposals to customer-facing Account Managers and key functional team managers/directors.• The PM will also be responsible for ensuring close interaction and coordination between the programs and manufacturing operations, including Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, and Logistics functions; functions are often not co-located, so successful management of local teams in Hanoi along with remote team (including international teams in US and China) and effective meeting management are critical to success.

Báo cáo quản lý trực tiếp các thông tin nếu bản vẽ có thiếu sót.• Triển khai Datasheet và quy trình gia công theo yêu cầu bản vẽ.• Dựng hình các sản phẩm chi tiết máy cơ khí chính xác.• Thực hiện bản vẽ lắp ráp, đóng thùng gỗ.• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

- Quản lý các hồ sơ môi trường của công ty: DTM, Giấy phép môi trường, quan trắc định kỳ,…- Triển khai và xây dựng các chương trình tuân thủ pháp luật và các chương trình môi trường- Theo dõi, kiểm soát và báo cáo các mục tiêu môi trường: Giảm chỉ số chất thải phát sinh, giảm lượng nước sử dụng, giảm phát thải khí nhà kính theo các phạm vi,…- Tổng hợp và kiểm soát các dữ liệu và tiến độ thực hiện của chương trình Zero Waste to Ladfill (ZWP), Clean Water Program (CWP), Carbon Neutral theo roadmap của Công ty- Tham gia đánh giá các tiêu chuẩn: ISO 14001, RBA, ISO 14064, UL 2799, AWS- Thực hiện tuần tra môi trường hàng tuần để đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ hệ thống SHE của các bộ phân trong Công ty- Thực hiện đào tạo nâng cao nhận thức về môi trường cho công nhân viên trong nhà máy về các chủ đề: Phân loại rác thải, Ngày môi trường thế giới, Ngày nước thế giới,…- Kiểm soát 1 số hoạt động an toàn: An toàn hóa chất, đo kiểm môi trường lao động, an toàn bức xạ của nhà máy- Thực hiện các hoạt động khác theo phân công của cấp trên

An industrial engineer is responsible to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment. Acts as a central resource for lean manufacturing and assists with day-to-day production support and improvements. The person in this position is responsible for using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. This role is involved in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen) on the production floor of a manufacturing facility.Position Responsibilities:• Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organizations competitive edge.• Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.• Develops and maintains management information, planning, and control systems.• Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.• Develop/perform the automation project for optimization activities.• Performs other duties as assigned.

Function Purpose:The documentation engineer is responsible for correct and complete customer documentation on a project based business. This can be a wide range of different document preparation, depending on the project volume.On the one side it is the creation and collection of technical datasheets and product information, it also can include changes in existing manuals (e.g. operators manual, spare part catalogue).
