ResponsibilitiesMaintenance: Perform updates, releases, and adjustments for related product modules on a regular basis.Cloud Services Management: Manage cloud resources, control operating costs, and optimize routine operational practices and workflows.System Monitoring: Responsible for product launch deployments, server setup, deployment, monitoring, optimization, upgrades, daily maintenance, security management, alarm handling, and emergency response to failures.Network Performance Tuning: Optimize server performance for overseas network access.Collaboration with Incident Response Teams: Handle emergencies to ensure the secure and stable operation of systems, networks, and services, taking responsibility for business stability.Change Management: Ensure performance and stability of online services, safeguard the stability of the entire operational chain, and enhance user experience.RequirementsCloud Services: Proficient in container technologies such as Docker; Experienced in using and maintaining Alibaba Cloud products such as ECS and RDS.Databases: Understanding of configuration and maintenance of services like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, ELK, and GitLab.Systems Monitoring: Familiarity with maintenance of common software such as Nginx, Apache, Git, and Jenkins; Familiar with monitoring and alerting systems like Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus, including custom alert scripts and their configuration and maintenance.Algorithmic Knowledge: Skilled in using Shell or Python; experience in developing tools or maintaining existing platforms or systems is preferred, with strong Python skills being an advantage.Personal Attributes: Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with strong learning and documentation skills, excellent communication, and a strong sense of responsibility. Passionate about operational technology, with a good sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.Industry Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.Networking Basics: Knowledgeable in CDN technology and proficient in using and maintaining at least one CDN platform.Operating Systems: Proficiency in the Linux operating system, including installation, deployment, and performance tuning.EducationDegreeBachelor in Information Technology, Other relevant majorsCertificationBenefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skills.
