Scope of work1. Recruitment Executive will be responsible for: Talent Resourcing, Talent acquisition.2. Admin cum Receptionist will be responsible for: • Admin jobs: Welcoming visitors; Support visitors & travelers with visa, air ticket, hotel booking; IN/OUT documents; Stationery & Pantry inventory; Some design & printing work; Make purchase/payment request; • HR jobs: Involve in operator recruitment process, welcome candidates • Other tasks: Events, Anniversaries, gift delivery, meeting room, graphic design, ect...Essential Functions and responsibilities:1. Recruitment Executive• Take lead in the recruitment process: checking the headcount budget, and availability of job description before job posting, sourcing, searching for candidates, prescreening, then coordination with hiring departments and participation in interviews and selection, offering the suitably qualified candidates to assume positions; check reference. • Make analysis and reports on recruitment activities. • Update candidate’s database.2. Admin cum Receptionist• Making visa for all company employees going on business and visa for foreigners to Vietnam.• Booking tickets for all company employees going on business and support to book tickets for visitors when required.• Making and sending the Visitor List to All Manager every week and prepare all facilities to welcome the visitors well (shoes, access cards,…)• Booking Hotel for Visitors in and employees going on business abroad.• Collect all stationery PRs from all Departments, sending to Purchasing Department to order. And implement to deliver to all Department to ensure to meet the production requirement on time.• Booking to make business cards for all company Employees, and tax code card, envelope• Booking lunch for visitors, and co-ordinate the Event group to prepare for the events when have.• Receiving and sending all couriers in and out company.• Making payment requests relating to all contract implementation as Visa, Hotel, tickets, coffee etc.• Controlling the pantries facilities (coffee, milk, tea, sugar,…) and make sure to have full equipment for Guest and Offices.• Manage the interview record database for Operator and support the HR Executive in recording the interview reports and send the interview result to all candidates.• Updating the candidate profiles everyday and assisting in recruitment when have.• Assisting HRM and HR Department in some tasks relating to HR when required.

Recruitment Executive:Experience: at least 05 year experienced in the same positionEducation: UniversityCompetencies:• Master the function and process of recruitment, personnel management, Employee relation.• Interviewing and evaluation skill• Knowledge about the labor law and other HR relative law• Knowledge about the business departments’ key function• Knowledge HR other functions• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point• Fluent English (listening, speaking, writing)• Planning & Organizing Skill – able to work out the recruitment plans and organize all the recruitment activities • Time Management – able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.• Presentation Skills – able to deliver the company vision, mission and values to candidates. • Individual working skill • Team working skills – able work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions.• Collaborative – work well with others and engenders a spirit of trust and teamwork.2. Admin Cum Receptionist:Experience: 01 - 03 year experienced in the same positionEducation: UniversityCompetencies:• Fluent English (listening, speaking, writing)• Skills : Good computer skills (Excel, word, PowerPoint); Good graphic design (Canva,...)• Personality : Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, Responsible• Must adopt a practical approach towards work• Must be methodical• High level of problem solving skills
