10 Automation Test Engineer (all level)

Datalogic is currently hiring multiple positions across Junior, Middle, Senior, and Lead levels to support the development of our products.Role Main activitiesDraw sketches of product ideas and design mockups of proposed products;Contribute to define detailed project requirements and specifications;Define the action plan within the product development in terms of the needed time/resources;Develop the assigned parts of the project, paying attention to the guidelines provided by the team leadersContribute to the validation-test plans, perform measurements and functional tests on prototypes, assuring full coverage of all requirements;Ensure design files and technical documentation are kept up to date and stored in accordance with departmental procedures;Embrace innovation culture of our Company, contributing to generate invention disclosures and to scout/evaluate novel and differentiating technologies;Participate in the maintenance of existing products, with the aim also to solve problems arisen from field or production.Job Details & SpecificationsCollaborate to the test activities with planning, progress tracking, and test coverage analysis.Monitors project status, test coverage, and test case/defect quality. Analyzes project cost, efficiency, and risks.Collaborates with development team to define test requirements, cases, and timelines.Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and resolve testing issues.Conducts and oversees various testing types (functional, regression, performance).Analyzes test results and drives continuous improvement of testing processes.Provides weekly project updates and reports, including achievements, issues, and risks
