- Strong Knowledge of English grammar/pronunciation
- Experience creating lesson plans and/or Teaching Assistant experience
- Powerpoint skills are a plus (but not required)
- Knowledge of/experience creating ESL materials
- Knowledge of ‘natural language usage’ (common collocations, idiomatic language ETC.)

Writing skills
Attention to detail
Communication skills (both in person and with remote team members)
