CG / Architectural Visualization• Create 3D models for building exteriors and interior spaces• Produce perspective views, aerial views, and interior renderings• Set up materials, lighting, and environments for high-quality visualization• Update 3D models and renderings based on design changes• Prepare high-resolution visual materials for presentations and reportsPPT & Image Editing• Design and edit PowerPoint presentations for executive reports and proposals• Insert CG images and organize layouts• Perform color correction, compositing, and detailed image editing using Photoshop• Create graphic elements to explain design conceptsVideo & 3D Content Production (Preferred)• Produce fly-through animations and architectural videos• Edit rendered videos and handle post-production
