- Support the pitching process for new projects as assigned, including understanding client brief, briefing to internal team, preparation of proposals, and other requirements.
- Meeting and communicate consistently with internal team (Design, Media, Content, …) and external teams (vendor/ supplier) to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
- Responsible mainly for the execution of projects; and be responsible for timely delivery and quality of results.
- Ensuring the delivery of quality products and services
- Assists in providing timely responses to client requests.
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.
- Assist the Finance Department with the finance process for clients.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field;
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or similar position in Advertising/Marketing/IMC/Digital Agency/Ecommerce;
- Project management, Market research, Client service skills.
- Having a "Can do" attitude, proactive and forward thinking
- Good working skills, teamwork coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in many different industries.
