Business Development & Retention:1a. Business Development:Perform thorough research on potential clients, devise and execute strategic plans to secure new accounts.Lead new business pitches, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion (with support from BOM for important projects). This includes leading team meetings and brainstorming sessions, supporting the building of creative briefs, conducting review sessions, preparing presentation materials, and allocating necessary resources for the pitch.1b. Business Retention:Conduct regular assessments of the partnership between the agency and current clients, analyzing the potential and performance of existing accounts.Take an active and proactive approach in developing and implementing effective strategies to upsell and cross-sell services, presenting proposals, and executing plans that maximize revenue opportunities2.
