Role
The role is responsible for supporting accounting and admin tasks. You will be working in the Finance & Admin team. This position is a great opportunity with an international scope and a young and dynamic working environment.
Missions
• Tax invoices input, filings, and tracking reports (VAT & PIT)
• Prepare expense claims reports and check related documents
• Support payment requests related tasks and document package
• Check and file suppliers’ legal documents
• Contracts (suppliers, clients, etc.) filing and tracking
• Office daily operations: mail management, meeting room booking, office phone handling, etc.
• Procurement: office supplies/small equipment and tracking
• Coordinate with warehouse regarding storage issues
• Liaise with insurance companies for both office and projects upon request
• Other accounting and ad-hoc tasks upon request
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting positions and knowledge of administrative tasks
• Basic knowledge of accounting, local regulations, and office operations
• Proficient in using Microsoft basic package
• Business mindset, open-minded, autonomy, teamwork spirit, can-do attitude, solution oriented
• Good interpersonal skills, fluent in English (all skills)
• Attention to detail, careful, confidential, trustworthy
• Go-getter and being proactive in start-up environment
• A Vietnamese Citizen

• Monthly net salary: 450 USD to 550 USD
