Accounting Assistant Manager Acting As Chief AccountantReporting to: General Manager• Checking all entries prepared by the accountant before posting to journals, and ledgers.• Inputting general ledger entries for month-end closing.• Reconcile all accounts on the balance sheet to ensure all transactions are correct.• Updating, checking the landed cost and allocating the cost of sales to ensure all related expenses are computed.• Preparing sales reports, monthly management reports, and consolidated packages.• Effectively managing the accounting and the financial function through routine operations, checking all accounting transactions, reconciliation of accounts, tax filing, and settlement.• Checking AR & AP frequently to ensure that there is no missing invoice input in the system.• Checking monthly VAT, FCT reports before submitting to ensure reports are prepared consistent with the tax law. Preparing quarterly CIT reports & yearly CIT returns.• Working with the auditor for yearly audits & tax consultants for transfer pricing documentation preparation.• Consulting for the other departments to comply with the local tax laws and company policies.• Managing the accounting team to ensure there is no negligence.• Working with tax officer for tax audit & other related issues (if any).• Other job assigned by Finance & Administration Manager
