Accounting Manager

1. Managing the entire accounting and tax declaration operations - Establishing the accounting system and reporting framework in compliance with VAS standards.- Developing processes and regulations related to financial accounting activities and budget control.- Preparing detailed accounting ledgers according to VAS standards.- Preparing VAT, corporate income tax (CIT), contractor tax, and other tax reports.- Continuously updating knowledge on taxes, accounting, and government policies related to the company's operations.2. Organizing the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s budget- Consolidating budget plans from departments.- Monitoring the execution of departmental budgets.- Creating cash flow plans to ensure the company’s operations.3. Human resource management- Developing the human resource plan for the finance department.- Training, managing, assigning, evaluating, and developing staff within the department.4. Participating in project teams & other assigned tasks
