We are creating a team of strongly motivated and devoted individuals who are ready to develop their skills in a multicultural and dynamic working environment.Job Description- General Accounting Responsibilities:o Organise, manage, and control all daily activities of the accounting department.o Guide, inspect, and be responsible for the recording and accounting of all accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards and legal regulations.o Control cash flow, revenue, and expenditures, as well as all accounts receivable and payable.o Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly financial and budget plans; control costs, ensuring financial efficiency.- Financial Reporting and Tax Obligations.o Organise the preparation and presentation of financial statements and management reports periodically.o Implement and supervise the declaration and payment of various taxes as regulated by law: VAT, PIT, CIT, business license fees, etc.o Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, insurance companies, and relevant partners.- Internal Control and Compliance:o Establish and operate internal controls for finance and accounting.o Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and current laws.o Detect and prevent financial fraud risks.- Training and Personnel Development:o Recruit, train, and develop accounting staff.o Evaluate the performance of employees within the department.
