This role involves managing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team management, ensuring that all processes adhere to local regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to managing finances and be adept at improving processes for efficiency and profitability.Key Responsibilities:• Accounting and Finance Management:- Oversee all accounting, tax, finance, and reporting matters for Rödl & Partner Group and related entities in Vietnam (including legal, tax, and accounting entities).- Manage VAS accounting, payroll, VAT, and commercial invoicing processes.- Supervise internal reporting, including SAP, and manage group processes such as controlling and treasury.• Reporting and Compliance:- Prepare and present financial reports to management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Track and manage all reporting and compliance matters for all entities.- Handle all required tax declarations and manage audit processes.• Team Management:- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.• Financial Planning and Analysis:- Track budgets and manage annual planning and budgeting processes.- Proactively inform management about finance information relevant to business operations.- Manage aged debt, payment processes, and intra-group overseas payments.• Process Improvement:- Continuously work on improving processes to enhance efficiency and profitability of the company.- Address any ad hoc tax and regulatory matters and liaise with authorities for inspections.• Document Management: Oversee the document retention and management process.• Other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.• Skills and Competencies:- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software.- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.- Demonstrated proactive approach to financial management and problem-solving.- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.• Personal Attributes:- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle ad hoc tasks efficiently.- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.* Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
