Position: Accounts assistant 2. Department: Accounting 3. Report to: Chief accountant4. Detail of Job:The ideal candidate would have demonstrated a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job description:• Maintain the Employer’s accounting system in compliance with Vietnam accounting Standards and international Accounting Standards.• Data entry into Fast Accounting system.• Assist the Chief accountant in the preparation of the budget revisions as agreed upon with the management team and prepare budget variance reports and reports on deviations.• Prepare accounting books, prepare monthly reports, prepare daily cash flow analyses, administer payroll and social & health insurance overview and payment as well as insurance.• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.• Responsible for finalizing audited accounts.• Business financial analysis, cash flow, treasury, banking, working capital management.• Legal and taxation:- To ensure preparation of statutory reports (VAT, BIT, PIT, Statistical ect) monthly (or as required by law)• Others:- Interact with government authorities for taxes, insurance and with banks.
