About the Role: In this exciting role, you will manage a range of financial tasks, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and procurement, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. You can choose to be working from home (WFH) or at our Vietnam offices (Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi). What You’ll Be Doing but not limited: • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles. • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies. • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. • Prepare and allocate invoices to the correct departments within 5 days of the end of the month. • Provide leaders with accurate and timely financial advice to manage and track projects. • Apply for Government Grants and Incentives. • Review of Insurance, Travel Policies, Corporate Card Policies etc

About You • 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably with AR and AP experience.• Experience with Xero or Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.• Your strong communication skills, including proficiency in the English language (IELTS score of 6.5 - 7.5 or equivalent). • As a proactive problem-solver, you excel at streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and delivering results. • Enable you to build solid relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. • You thrive in a team environment, valuing collective success and always ready to contribute to shared goals. • With a service-oriented mindset, you're eager to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, keeping ahead of trends and best practices in finance. What You’ll Bring With a proven track record of success in a similar role your experience in B2B environments and your ability to manage procurement and supplier relationships has equipped you with a solid understanding of negotiation and contract management. Known for your exceptional attention to detail, you maintain a high level of accuracy in financial records and transactions. Additionally, your academic background, whether a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping, has provided you with the foundation needed to excel in this role.
