Job Description
- Handle a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within and outside the organization.
- Provide Executive & Secretarial Support:
o Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for senior management.
o Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
o Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Administrative Support
o Manage office supplies, equipment and vendors.
o Draft official letters, reports, emails and other business documents.
o Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copies).
o Liaise with external partners and internal teams to coordinate activities and logistics.
- Assist HR Manager on day-to-day HR tasks.

Required experience / skills detail
• Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience in personal assistant, admin or HR roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive, service-minded attitude and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English language (both speaking and writing) is required.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage.
