The main purpose of this position is to assist and support the Operations Manager in Admin. & HR duties to make sure that those duties will be finished in prompt and effective manner
Main responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties: (60%)
- Assist in daily administrative services (correspondences/reporting, document filing in electronic and printed modes)
- Keep track of and Maintain the availability of office policies/procedures, office area/facilities/equipment, office records;
- Do other administrative duties assigned.
2. HR duties: (40%)
- Assist in HR record keeping and filing procedures.
- Keep track of attendances of employees to maintain correct and prompt inputs for the payroll calculation;
- Assist in conducting HR procedures from recruitment, onboard and termination for employees;
- Assist in tracking and maintaining compensations and Social Insurances benefits for employees.

1. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
2. Skills:
- Knowing English would be a plus
- Knowledge of HR procedures is much preferred
- Ability to work independently and work as a team member
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skill
- Highly patient, highly organized and responsible
3. Knowledge:
- A variety of information database systems
- Conducting Internet searches
4. Personal attributes:
- To be honest and trustworthy, cooperative, very hardworking.
- To have ability to work independently as well as team work
5. Experience:
- At least 1 year experience of working at the same job position (preferred hunting)
