The Administrative Assistant for the Gaming Operations team provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily gaming activities. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating with team members, and assisting with communications and reporting. The Administrative Assistant helps streamline administrative processes to support the overall efficiency of the gaming operations team.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Gaming Operations team, including managing calendars, setting up meetings, and handling communications.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, records, and documentation related to gaming operations, staff schedules, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with various departments such as security, marketing, and maintenance to ensure the smooth execution of gaming operations.
- Maintain accurate records of gaming machine performance, maintenance logs, and operational activities.
- Assist with the processing and tracking of gaming-related paperwork, such as licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and updates for the Gaming Operations team.
- Support in organizing and coordinating gaming events, tournaments, and promotions by handling logistics and communication.
- Manage inventory of gaming supplies, uniforms, and office materials, ensuring adequate stock is available.
- Handle confidential information regarding gaming operations and staff with discretion.
- Assist with guest feedback documentation, including managing logs of compliments, complaints, and service issues.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and handling phone calls related to the Gaming Operations team.
- Support the Operations Manager and Supervisor by completing tasks assigned to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the department

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office management or administration is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a gaming, hospitality, or operations environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with gaming management software (CMS) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work with changing schedules and operational demands.
