Administrative Officer

- Drafting leasing contracts, civil contracts, service contracts for operating projects, and other documents used in the Real Estate business in Vietnamese and English for SORA SC, SORA gardens Links project
- Drafting service contracts, and other announcements to assist and provide reference data for Commercial Department and make a report as assigned.
- Drafting official correspondence with state agencies, procedures for business registration, investment registration, etc.
- Propose legal advice relating to leasing activities of the Department for achieving the Company/Department’s targets as assigned.
- Consulting in solving legal issues related to leasing activities of the Company/ Department.
- Update and provide legal documents, law regulations related to the Department's activities.
- Providing, consulting, supporting partners and other departments of the Company/Department in the implementation, handover, purchase, and sale transaction.
- Implement and administer admin tasks to ensure Commercial Department’s compliance with our company policy.
- Negotiating with partner/supplier terms of the contract
- Support submit payment for SORA gardens Links, SORA gardens SC and other costs.
- Support team with other related work.
