            Job Overview:We are seeking a Team Lead Affiliate Manager to oversee and drive our affiliate marketing team’s success. This role involves managing a team of affiliate managers, developing strategic partnerships, optimizing performance, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep experience in affiliate marketing, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Leadership & Team Management:○ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers.○ Set goals, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.○ Train and support team members in affiliate marketing best practices.• Affiliate Program Strategy & Growth:○ Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy.○ Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the affiliate network.○ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.• Performance Optimization & Analysis:○ Track, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign performance.○ Optimize traffic sources, conversion rates, and commission structures.○ Work with analytics and marketing teams to improve overall ROI.• Relationship Management & Negotiation:○ Maintain and strengthen relationships with top affiliates and key partners.○ Negotiate competitive commission structures and incentive programs.○ Handle conflict resolution and ensure smooth collaboration with affiliates.• Market Research & Innovation:○ Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.○ Introduce new tools, technologies, and methods to improve performance.○ Recommend innovative ways to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
                ●   Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.●   Skills:    • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.    • Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate programs.    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, CJ).    • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media).●   Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
