1. Focus on Affiliate Channel Development (35%) :Develop and implement strategies to grow the Affiliate channel, aiming to increase sales and brand recognition.Selecting, managing, and supporting Affiliate partners (KOLs, KOCs, Influencers) to optimize campaign effectiveness.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Affiliate channels, proposing improvements to meet KPIs.2. Account Management TikTok Channel (20%) :Responsible for store management to ensure all run smoothly, and store layouts are refreshed regularly.Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively coming up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales in our online stores.Suggesting and keeping a promotions calendar, tracking E-commerce marketing efforts, analyzing data, and using the findings to improve strategies3. Idea Generation for Ads Channel (20%) :Researching content trends on Social & Market, proposing creative ideas that align with the brand and target audience.Planning content production (videos, scripts, concepts) to increase engagement, views, and conversion rates.Collaborating with the Marketing team (Content Creators, Editors) to ensure quality and production timelines.4. Affiliate Livestream Management (20%) :Planning and organizing sales Livestream sessionsManage the entire Livestream process: script preparation, product selection, and MCN/KOL coordination, to monitoring and addressing issues during broadcasts.Analyze the effectiveness of Livestream sessions, proposing improvements to increase revenue and engagement.5. Monthly Promotion Program Proposals (5%):Develop and implement monthly promotional programs aligned with business strategies.Coordinate with relevant departments (Marketing, Product, Design) to ensure timely and effective promotion implementation.Monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs, and report results.Monitor progress, optimize campaigns, and report results periodically.6. Carry out additional responsibilities as required
