Established on Oct 19th, 1995, Isuzu Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.
In 2022, Isuzu Vietnam officially launched new Isuzu Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER - is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

Job Description
- Handle all paperwork related to warranty, recall programs, and aftersales activities by preparing dispatch notes, summary sheets, invoices, and payment requests.
- Serve as the point of contact for dealers to address queries regarding documentation and payments, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
- Verify the accuracy of documents submitted by dealers and ensure they meet the required standards before processing.
- Provide general administrative support to the SEV section to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

- Bachelor's degree, no experience required
- Good communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel, ERP)
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
