Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:Proven experience (5+ years) in an aftersales service or customer service management role, preferably in the automotive, machinery, or related industry.Experience in managing service operations, teams, and customer relationships.Strong understanding of warranty management, repair processes, and service workflows.
