1. Designing & developing training solutions (40%)• Approach, collect and analyze learning needs to propose the suitable training solutions.• Align plan with required resources to design and develop training solutions.• Design and develop completed training solutions.• Collaborate with Digital Learning Team to adjust and develop training materials • Revamp, adjust, update traing contents that ensure up-to-date information, enhance consistent learning experience, meet the requirements and accuracy.• Work with, follow up and monitor vendors to design and develop learning solutions.• Collaborate with Training Operation Team to have suitable operating activities to launch training solutions.2. Train-The-Trainer (TTT) & Certify (30%)• TTT (train the trainer) & certify Trainers to make sure all training programs to be delivered in the right ways and in quality.3. Post-design follow up (20%)• Follow up quality of training solution in actual implementations and have suitable proposal to enhance• Manage, ensure quality and consistency of training publications.4. Other responsibility (10%)• Perform other projects and/or tasks assigned by Line Manager / Head of Department

• Bachelor’s degree and above, Finance and Insurance is preferable.• At least 3 years in Life Insurance Training & Development.• Minimum 2 year of experience in learning and development and/or distribution training that involves need analysis and learning content design.• Solid knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models• Lesson and curriculum planning skills• Ability to adapt different learning delivery methods, such as facilitation, coaching, feedback, etc.• Be familiar with writing effective copy, instructional text, audio / video scripts, storyboard, etc. • Good problem-solving skill• Proactivle study, explore new trends and knowledge• Good grammar and spelling, self-starter, quality focused and attention to details• Good written and verbal communication skills• Ability to plan, organize and report on work to meet commitments independently• Ability to work in a matrixed team and drive engagement with other team members• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders with effective negotiation• Business acumen
