Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agile delivery roles, combining Agile Coaching and Scrum Mastery.
Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and leading Agile transformations in enterprise environments.
Solid background in stakeholder management, change management, and organizational coaching.
Exposure to modern technologies such as Web, Mobile, Cloud, and Microservices.
Strong problem-solving, facilitation, influencing, and communication skills.
Certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or Agile Coaching certifications preferred.
Proficiency in English is required.

Agile Coach & Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Coach leadership, Product Owners, and development teams to embrace Agile mindsets, behaviors, and practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and cross-team coordination.
Foster strong coaching relationships with stakeholders, promoting a growth mindset and customer-centric delivery.
Drive Agile transformations, guide teams on domain-driven structures, and enhance collaboration across business areas.
Support teams in defining sprint goals, managing sprint backlog, and ensuring deliverables within iterations.
Help remove impediments that block team progress and promote self-organization.
Foster a transparent environment by making work visible through dashboards & sprint/kanban board
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives.
Report release progress, team performance, and well-being directly to the Management Team
Track delivery performance and escalate key risks or blockers to leadership when necessary.
Advocate for Agile values and principles both within teams and across the organization.
Actively facilitate conflict resolution and initiatives to empower team autonomy.
Promote a culture of proactive risk identification and management.
