Agile Project Manager

Lead the Development Team with Agile/Scrum practices and values.Follow up on the progress of the work (team/project), provide guidance on project initiatives and communicate statuses to project stakeholders on a regular basis, ensure the quality of communication (frequency, adaptation based on the context and product, etc.)Manage and maintain the product development, the sprints and backlogs.Facilitate Agile rituals efficiently and strictly.Regularly report on the status of the projects, predict risks, issues and scopes when needed.Proactively follow up with clients and on mandates with the customers.Take part in the implementation of appropriate methodologies for effective project management that meet quality standards and deadlines.Define and apply best management methods and practices and take part in the implementation.Along with Production Leader, determine the resources required (availability, skills) and ensure project knowledge to be transferred.Define the processes of system quality improvement, implement the best practices and relevant techniques.Build a successful and healthy Development Team.
