AI Engineer

We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead the benchmarking and production-readiness validation of NVIDIA NIM/Nemo AI models. Benchmark AI Performance Across Platforms Evaluate Amazon Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and NIM/Nemo on-premise for NLP and ASR workloads. Develop AI Flywheel for Continuous Model Fine-Tuning Implement a feedback-driven model training pipeline to refine NeMo models. Automate data ingestion, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. Optimize AI Model Performance for Production On-Premise AI Infrastructure & Deployment Work with DevOps & Backend Engineers to configure and deploy NIM/Nemo in a production-like environment. Optimize hardware utilization (GPUs, CPU inference acceleration) for cost-effective deployment. Collaborate with Data & Backend Teams Work alongside Data Engineers to process and prepare benchmark datasets. Support Backend Engineers in integrating AI models into enterprise applications. Provide documentation & training on AI model deployment and monitoring
