AI Engineer

Education & Experiences• Bachelor or higher in information and communication technology, related engineering, or mathematics.• Approximately 3 years of experience working on real AI projects in an industry environment.Knowledge/Skills• Strong analytical skills and mindset.• Solid background in Maths and Computer Science.• Proficient in software engineering skills and fluent in one of the following programming languages: Python, C++, Java (Python is most preferred).• Demonstrated practical experience in developing Generative AI/LLM applications through real and impactful projects.• Good foundation and practical experience related to deep learning, machine learning, or data science.• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps and cloud-based development is preferred.• Ability to read and apply research papers quickly to related problems.• Proficient in writing technical reports and presenting technical problems (in English).• Proficient in English (all 4 skills), knowing Japanese is a plus.• Good at work management, able to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams.• Other attitude characteristics: proactive, responsible, can-do, and get-things-done.Benefit & Perks• Salary: Negotiable salary according to ability. • High Remuneration Package.
